Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of some of our products we do not offer returns due to hygiene reasons and suggest our new customers purchase sample sizes to test the product.
If you are having any issues with your product, then please contact enquiries@naturalisticrebirth.co.uk and we will do everything that we can to find a solution for you.
Naturalistic Rebirth will refund or exchange any items that have been damaged in transit, customers are required to contact enquiries@naturalisticrebirth.co.uk attaching photographic evidence of the damaged item.
We will refund selected items within 14 days of purchase, once the item has been returned unused in its original packaging. We currently do not have a Free Returns Policy, we suggest using a shipping method that provides proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any item(s) lost in transit.
